Pre-Meeting Survey

All community team members were asked to answer four questions about their planning efforts using an on-line tool, SurveyMonkey.  The four questions were:

• What was the "breakthrough idea" about planning or about your community that emerged from the planning process?
• What was your community's greatest challenge in the planning process and how did you address it?
• As your community moves into the implementation phase, what new challenges do you now face?
• What support would optimize your community's success?

We encourage you to review a synthesis of survey responses to help prepare for the upcoming session.  We have organized your feedback around the following questions:

• What were breakthrough outcomes for our communities?
• What did we discover about ourselves through the planning process?
• What did we learn about leadership?
• What needs to be in place for a successful community planning and implementation process?
• What are we learning about how to engage people in the planning process?
• What have been our greatest challenges?
• What challenges lie ahead?
• How are we planning to address those challenges?
• What supports would optimize community success?
